Inside Our AI Powered Leasing Process

From Notice to Signed Lease
Here is what a leasing cycle looks like at Kali Properties today, with frontier AI models and our in house agents doing the heavy lifting alongside the team.
Hour 0: Notice Received
The moment a current tenant gives notice, the system creates a leasing file, books the photo shoot for the soonest reasonable date, and drafts the listing copy from the unit's existing record. A team member reviews and approves.
Day 1 to 3: Listing Live, Inquiries Answered
Photos are uploaded, the listing goes live across channels, and the inquiry agent starts working. Every message gets a reply within minutes, qualified prospects get a showing slot, unqualified ones get a respectful no and a reason. Nothing waits until Monday.
Day 3 to 10: Showings and Applications
Group showings are scheduled when demand justifies them. Applications come in through one channel, the screening agent normalizes the data, checks references, and surfaces anything unusual for human eyes.
Day 10 to 14: Selection and Signing
The leasing lead reviews the shortlist, picks the right fit, and the closing agent prepares the lease, schedules signing, and coordinates first and last month plus key handover.
Why the Combination Works
We leverage the most advanced AI technology available, combining existing frontier AI models with localized agents we've built in house, to automate and expedite the strategic marketing, engagement, sales, and closing process. The agents are fast, consistent, and tireless. The humans bring judgment, relationships, and accountability. Owners get the result: shorter vacancies, better tenants, and a process they can actually see into.
