We started with a single property in Toronto's east end. Like many landlords, we relied on third-party leasing services to fill vacancies, and quickly realized how inconsistent and transactional the experience was. Poor communication, weak marketing, and inadequate tenant screening made every turnover more stressful and expensive than it needed to be.

After years in the rental industry, we recognized that the traditional approach to leasing wasn't good enough. That's why we founded Kali Properties, a firm built with a precise focus on specialized leasing and tenant placement, designed to address the most expensive variable in rental ownership: securing the right tenant, the right way, from the start.
